The Stainless Steel Backplate is produced with OMS’s superior de-burring process eliminates Sharp Edges & prevents Abrasion while Maximising Comfort. Multiple Slots are provided allowing alternative configurations. These include 50mm – 2 Inch Wide Mounting Slots with 3.5 Metres – 11’2” of Heavy Duty Flexible Webbing pre-threaded. Multiple Wing & Cylinder Mounting options for either Single or Twin Cylinder use with Webbing Cam Bands, or Stainless Steel & Aluminium Mounting Brackets or Bands. Bottom Centre Mounted 50mm – 2 Inch Slot with adjustable Webbing 50mm – 2 Inch Sewn Crotch Strap installed, with 25mm - 1 Inch alternative Slot & 22 Outer Holes for convenient & neat carrying of accessories. 6 Stainless Steel 50mm -2 Inch D-Rings are attached with 3 Bar Tri-Glide Slide Buckles & 2 50mm -2 Inch Stainless Steel Cam Lock Quick Release Buckles on the Waist Strap allow easy adjustment for optimal configuration. All Black OMS Deep Ocean Single Envelope Wing is made in a classic horseshoe style with Bungee system. It has a single Inflator with Corrugated hose connected with a non dumpable Elbow Connector attached in the front upper left position. Two Exhaust Dump and Over Pressure Relief Valves located on the front lower left and upper right side. The outer wing Bladder is made from 1000 Denier Cordura Nylon externally and TPU laminated Inner Liner to avoid punctures, tears or deterioration from Salt Water or Chlorine. The inner bladder is made of extra strong Polyurethane Material, all seams are ultrasonic welded. The grommets are reinforced with a second ring of material to eliminate potential weak points for wear or tear.
